Best Family Lawyer Langley

Best Family Lawyer Langley - Our office could be of help when the loss of inheritance is caused by another individual victimizing a vulnerable, elderly person. The elderly are vulnerable to being fooled into making gifts, changing their wills, or marrying caregivers due to their absolute dependence on different people. Whenever this happens, our company can help challenge the changes done to the will.

We can help the family acquire the powers of attorney through court, in some situations whereby members of the family can no longer comprehend how to manage their accounts or maintain their health.

We follow the laws laid out by the Substitute Decisions Act, if an individual becomes incapable and we can apply to the court to allow an appointment of our client as the guardian of the indisposed individual. Then, the elderly person has the comfort of knowing that their finances, property, and personal care are being handled by the appointed member of the family.
